Here are a few tips on how to use:

Nourishing Face Mask (Dry Skin):

1 tsp Bentonite + 1 tsp Honey + Water (enough to make a paste)

Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes; remove it when it begins to feel tight (don’t let it dry on your skin). Hydrate and moisturize right when you’re done.

Anti Acne Face Mask (Excellent for Oily/Sensitive Skin):

1 tsp Bentonite + 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (or enough to make a paste)

You will feel your face pulsate. Slight redness is normal which will diminish after a short while

Underarm Detox:

1 Tbsp Bentonite + 1 tsp Apple  Cider Vinegar + Water (enough make a paste)

Apply the paste for 15 minutes. Wash off in the shower or remove with a warm wet cloth.
